Pakora are small fritters made by dipping various ingredients in a spicy chickpea flour batter and deep frying them.
Pakora are widely eaten throughout India and parts of Southeast Asia and are a common offering as starters in Indian restaurants outside of the Asian subcontinent or can also be taken with chai. Royal Delight has successfully created a new, uniform shape for pakora which will ensure that each piece is the same size and weight and will elilminate broken edges and crumbs.
Our Pakora’s are produced in a hygienically controlled facility using high-end technology and the finest ingredients.
